Ingredients:

"Each capsule provides: Full Spectrum Curcumin liquid. from turmeric extract (rhizome) 800 mg Providing: Total Curcuminoids 48 mg Curcumin 40 mg Capsule Shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose".

 

Directions:

As a food supplement for adults, take one to two (1-2) capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
