Based on your answers we suggest Reishi Spores.

Reishi Spore

Reishi spores are the most concentrated part of the Reishi mushroom, containing four times more triterpenes than the fruiting body. Triterpenes are a class of compounds found in plants and fungi, known for their strong antioxidant properties. They also show potential anti-inflammatory and other immune-modulating effects.

Reishi mushrooms combat and reverse immunosenescence with the combined effects of three compounds: first, a group of long-chain carbohydrates known as polysaccharides; second, a unique protein called LZ-8; and third, a small group of steroid-like molecules known as triterpenes. Together, these components of Reishi achieve the dual goals of promoting healthy immune responses against viral, bacterial, or fungal infections, while also suppressing the excessive or chronic inflammation that threatens long-term health.

Additionally, the various components of Reishi work to suppress the inflammatory cytokines produced during chronic inflammation.
